THE FLOOD
Dan is the owner of an IT department in California. One day it rained so hard that his entire computer in the building and all his precious software almost got destroyed. That made Dan realize that its time to back up files so we searched for relocation software. He decided to relocate all of his software to a more safe area in California with a high building so that damage from flood would not ruin, damage all of his software. Dan went back to work and told his IT team why he did a relocation of software and why it is very important on his decision of doing this. Everyone understood and praised him for being cautious by doing relocating the software. Dan mentioned that software is really important and if important software gets destroyed there is no way to get that information back. Unless there is a back up, but it makes no sense to have a back up of information in the same room. If there is a flood in that building the information on the main computer and the information in the back up would all be destroyed. So the safest way to avoid having to put up with damage software is to back up and relocate the software. Relocating software to a very safe place is the best way to have software and its back up incase of emergency.
